About

Greenstone Entertainment are proud to present the 16th anniversary of the Summer Concert Tour returning across 3 venues in January 2026

The original ‘wild one’ of rock, IGGY POP along with the Queen of Rock JOAN JETT and THE BLACKHEARTS and Kiwi favourites, ZED will headline the Summer Concert Tour.

Considered by many the ‘Godfather of Punk’ Iggy Pop is widely acknowledged as one of THE most dynamic stage performers of all time. He has built a legendary career filled with both critical acclaim and fanatic cult success.

Iggy Pop said; “I am knocked out by the chance to come and rock hard and enjoy the incredible summer in beautiful New Zealand; mountains, lakes, beaches and good times, oh hell yeah! I am bringing the world's greatest rock band and a full bag of everything I know how to do, and the songs I can offer, from hard rock to rock pop.”

Described as the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll” and “Godmother of Punk”, Joan Jett is celebrated for her rebellious spirit, fierce performances, and raw powerful music.

“It’s been a little while since I’ve been to New Zealand and I’m thrilled to perform for the fans there, really looking forward to it!” said Joan Jett.

Formed in Sydney in 1981, the Hoodoo Gurus hold a singular place in Australian and indeed international Rock ‘n’ Roll history. Renowned for their inventive and witty songwriting, dynamic live shows, and fusion of garage rock, pop and psychedelia.

ZED were an essential part of the soundtrack to New Zealand life between 1999 and 2004, amassing an impressive ten Top 40 hits during the height of their career. The band — still performing with their original line-up — has matured into a powerhouse live act.

Greenstone Entertainment is dedicated to bringing the best live music experiences to New Zealand, creating unforgettable festivals held in breathtaking locations across the country. Known for showcasing world-class talent in stunning outdoor venues, Greenstone Entertainment continues to set the standard for premier concert experiences in New Zealand. Over half a million music fans have enjoyed a Summer Concert Tour over 16 years.
