Purchase Policy
This Purchase Policy applies to sales of tickets from 16 December 2022 to 21 November 2023.
Our goal at Ticketmaster NZ Limited ('Ticketmaster') is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following policy ('Purchase Policy') is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of our purchase processes.
This Purchase Policy applies to any purchase of tickets made on or after 16 December 2022.
Each ticket that you purchase is a licence to attend a particular event, and is subject to the terms set out in this Purchase Policy, the additional terms set forth on that ticket and other Event Specific Terms referred to below.
For tickets purchased for events held in New Zealand through Ticketmaster.co.nz, m.ticketmaster.co.nz, Ticketmaster.com.au or the Ticketmaster APP for iOS or Android (each a 'Site') this Purchase Policy is subject to, and incorporates by this reference, the Terms of Use.
Nothing in these policies is intended to limit or exclude Ticketmaster's liability, or the liability of a Presenter, under applicable consumer law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 ('NZ Consumer Law').
This Purchase Policy does not apply to purchases or sales of resale tickets using Fan Resale. Please see our Fan Resale Policy for the full terms and conditions applicable to purchasing and selling resale tickets using Fan Resale.

- You will only be entitled to a refund in limited circumstances as set out in this Purchase Policy and subject to any Event Specific Terms, unless required by applicable law. See in particular Refunds, Exchanges and Replacement Tickets (clause 8) and Cancelled and Rescheduled Events (clause 6).
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, specific terms may apply, including a limited window during which you may request a refund for a rescheduled event. See Cancelled and Rescheduled Events (clause 6).
- Ticketmaster limits its liability, and the liability of our Presenters, for loss suffered by you at an event or as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event. See Safety, Illness, Injury and Other Loss - Limitation of Liability (clause 12) and Cancelled and Rescheduled Events (clause 6).
- Ticketmaster may cancel your order if you breach this Purchase Policy, exceed Ticket Limits or in accordance with event specific terms. See in particular Limit on Number of Tickets Per Customer or 'Ticket Limits' (clause 16.4), Your My Ticketmaster Account (clause 9) and Ticket Forward (clause 5).
