Yes, accessible seating is available at Waikato Regional Theatre. Wheelchair positions are located on every level of the auditorium, each with a companion seat alongside. Ease-of-access seating for patrons with limited mobility is also available, along with options for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision. Service animals are welcome inside the theatre. To book accessible seating, please contact our Box Office team at the Embassy Park entrance (off Victoria Street). Trained staff will be happy to help you find the best option for your needs.

Waikato Regional Theatre is a smoke free and vape free venue by law. Visit Waikato Regional Theatre's Conditions of Entry for more information. Heckling, photography or recording of any type will not be allowed during the events.

Food & Beverage: Our main bar is located inside the Lady Judi Gallagher Foyer on Level B1 (one level below street level), serving beverages and in-theatre snacks. On busy nights, the APL Window Solutions Bar will also be open on the Balcony Level (L2). All food and beverages purchased from our in-house bars may be taken into the auditorium. Please note, glassware and hot food are not permitted inside the auditorium. Important Info: There will be mobile tickets for this event, accessed through the Ticketmaster App or Ticketmaster.co.nz. If you have any issues, please visit the Box Office. You will need to provide some form of ID so that staff can access your Ticketmaster account details. Please have your tickets ready and follow the directions of the helpful staff. Taking or using a screenshot for your ticket(s) is not permitted for this event & will not be valid for entry. As with any event, last minute changes can occur, so keep an eye on the event page on Waikato Regional Theatre's website just in case.
