Bowl of Brooklands can be accessed on foot at any of the Pukekura park entrances Liardet Street, Rogan street (TSB Stadium) Fillis street, Victoria road and the main entrance is off Brooklands road onto Brooklands park drive.

Venue collections can be picked up anytime from the time you purchase your tickets within the box office opening hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 10am-1pm at the TSB Stadium - Mason Drive

Bowl of Brooklands provides facilities for patrons with special needs. Parking for mobility – there are limited mobility parks and must be previously booked for events with the venue please call 759 6060. Wheelchair seats – For wheelchair seating please specify this with us when booking your tickets Washrooms – there are wheelchair Access bathrooms available. Guide Dogs – All guide Dogs are Welcome at the Bowl of Brooklands

Venue Opens – Specific to event Catering: All Food and Beverages consumed at The Bowl of Brooklands must be purchased from one of the many concessions located throughout the venue. A wide range of food and beverages are available to purchase. Accordingly, please READ THEM CAREFULLY AND DO NOT ENTER the Bowl of Brooklands if you do not agree with any of the Conditions of Entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons. • Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing if the situation demands it • Alcohol • no Glass in the Venue • Gang patches / colours? • Firearms • Fireworks • Flares/Distress Signals • Illegal substances/items • Laser lights/pointers • Rollerblades/skates • Skateboards/scooters • Weapons • Animals other than guide dogs • Food and Drink other then purchased at the venue. (This varies depending on events) • Unauthorized signage and promotional products • Outdoor furniture is generally not allowed. (Mid to high deck chairs) depending on event. • Other items that could cause harm or public nuisance as determined by Management • Patrons must not enter the lake at any time (if they do so they will be removed from the venue) 4Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of the Bowl of Brooklands. 5. Patrons bringing personal belongings into The Bowl of Brooklands do so at their own risk. 6. Patrons must not climb, deface, post or stick any bills or advertisement on or otherwise damage or misuse any structure, building, wall or fence at TSB Bowl of Brooklands. • Patrons must refrain from littering, offering for sale any goods or services, blocking any thoroughfare, throwing any object, behaving in a disruptive or offensive manner. . 7. Patrons causing disturbance or failing to comply with these Conditions of Entry or requests from staff or Police may be removed from Bowl of Brooklands. If removed, it is an offence to enter, re-enter or attempt to re-enter to venue for the remainder of this event. 8. No ticket refunds or exchanges will be provided. 9. Concession patrons must show a valid identification card as proof of eligibility if they wish to purchase any alcoholic beverage. In New Zealand the following are only accepted forms of ID: • A valid passport • New Zealand Drivers License • HANZ 18+ card 10. Patrons must occupy the seat specified on their ticket. 12. Patrons are admitted to Bowl of Brooklands at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you irrevocably release and discharge Management from all liability to claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, property damage or otherwise) arising from or in connection with your attendance at Bowl of Brooklands. 14. No animals other than Guide or Hearing assistance dogs are permitted into Bowl of Brooklands.

Venue Child Policy- Children under 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Taxis can drop off and pick up at the bottom of Brooklands park drive. There will be P2 signs setup in this area Passenger Vehicle Drop off Passenger vehicle drop off and pick up is up at the bottom of Brooklands park drive.
