Ticket Sales: Tickets can be purchased online and from the Ticketmaster box office on show days from 6.00pm, subject to availability. Advance ticket holders are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket and will have priority access up to 20 minutes from the time indicated on the ticket. A small queue should be expected. Door sales are also available. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Ticket pickups: There will be no pick-up of physical tickets. Tickets must be printed at home or available on your mobile for scanning.

Please note we will be operating a cashless point of sale. EFTPOS is available at the on-site box office for ticket purchases

This is a wheelchair accessible event. The event is not suitable for buggies or strollers.

Pass outs: You may re-enter the experience up to a maximum of 30 minutes from the start of your session time. Please be aware you will need to re-enter the queue, and re-entry is subject to available space in the experience. Alcohol: This is not a licensed event and there is no alcohol for sale on site. BYO is not permitted. Bag searches may be conducted at the door. We reserve the right to remove intoxicated people from the experience. Animals: Other than Guide Dogs and other support dogs, animals are not permitted at the event Toilets: Portaloo-style toilets are available on site. Food and non-alcoholic drinks: We encourage you to visit the local eateries around Odlins Plaza. Please do not bring picnics or meals into the event. Snack foods and beverages are permitted.

Conditions of Entry for safety and comfort: The following items are prohibited inside the experience: Seating of any kind, Musical instruments or air horns, any object which may be used as a weapon, animals (exceptions for authorised guide/companion dogs), balls, bicycles or scooters or any other item the event organizer's considers inappropriate. No professional photography is allowed in the event. We reserve the right to: Refuse entry to persons with prohibited items listed above, conduct bag and security checks, refuse entry to intoxicated or disorderly persons, refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with bag or personal searches, refuse entry to any person who does not comply with a request from the organisers, security or regulatory bodies. Prevent unauthorised commercial and promotional activity.
