Buying a mobile ticket with Ticketmaster couldn’t be easier. If Mobile* is listed as a delivery option, you will then be able to access your ticket from your Ticketmaster Account once purchase has been completed.*Mobile tickets may not be available for all events
FORWARD YOUR MOBILE TICKET
You can now forward** your mobile ticket to friends and family straight from your Ticketmaster Account. If this feature is available for your event, a Forward button will be clearly visible within your order when viewed on Ticketmaster.co.nz (using a web browser on your device) or via the Ticketmaster App.**Ticket Forward may not be available for all events. If your tickets are eligible for Forward, you will see a Forward button within your order in your Ticketmaster Account on Ticketmaster.co.nz (using a web browser on your device) or via the Ticketmaster App.
SCANNING YOUR MOBILE TICKET
Now your tickets are with you on your device and easily accessible in your Ticketmaster Account. Log in using our Ticketmaster App or via Ticketmaster.co.nz (using a web browser on your device), locate your order, and access your tickets directly on your device. Display your tickets on your device at the venue ready to be scanned, and you’re in.
Choosing Mobile* delivery at check-out will allow you to access your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster Account on your device. It’s the easiest and safest way to access your tickets to your events.
Because there’s no need to carry around physical tickets, your tickets are safe and always accessible via your chosen mobile device, meaning you’re all set to gain entry quickly at the venue when you arrive.
We recommend that you view your tickets prior to attending your event. You have the option to access your tickets in your Ticketmaster Account through the Ticketmaster App or by accessing Ticketmaster.co.nz using your mobile browser.
Mobile tickets may be forwarded to friends and family - this feature is only available on select events. If available, you will be able to click on the Forward button within your order when viewed on Ticketmaster.co.nz (using a web browser on your device) or through the ‘My Events’ section in the Ticketmaster App.
