    Seat arrangement ruined the event

    We were really excited to go to the show. Bought tickets months in advance and premium seats. Got to the venue and they had changed the seating arrangement. We ended up in seats on the floor, they had set up about 5 rows on the floor in front of the tiered seating, watching the backs of other attendees heads that were seated on the court. Couldn't see a thing. Sounded like it was fun though.
