How much time do I have to purchase tickets online?
At the bottom right of every page during the checkout process, there is a timer that shows you how long you have to complete the page before we release your tickets for others to buy.

Why is there a time limit when I'm purchasing tickets?
We want to ensure that tickets are available to as many people as possible, so we limit the amount of time a customer can hold tickets before completing their purchase. At the bottom right of every page during the checkout process, there is a timer that shows you how long you have to complete the page before we release your tickets for others to buy.

Why does checkout time vary between events and times of day?
You may notice different checkout time lengths when purchasing tickets at different times of the day or for different events. This is because we set checkout time lengths according to ticket demand. When fewer customers are purchasing tickets, we lengthen the amount of checkout time. Alternately, when many customers are purchasing tickets simultaneously, we enforce shorter checkout times in order to serve all customers in a timely manner.

Online

  1. Select a specific event date and click on "find tickets" to go to the order form.
  2. To look for tickets*
    • Select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase.
    • Select the ticket price/section.
    • Click the "Look For Tickets" button.
    * - Ticketmaster searches for the best available tickets based on the criteria you enter. Please adhere to any posted ticket limits.
  3. Word Verification
Enter the word as it is shown in the image box. This step helps prevent unfair use of automated programs. Automated programs can't "read" the word displayed in the graphic on this page; only humans can. When you enter this word, it ensures that your order is going to a real person. This also helps to reduce system loads which helps to improve website performance.
If you don't see an image, make sure your browser is set to display images and try again. If you're not sure what the word is, make your best guess. If you're incorrect, you'll get another chance to enter a different word on the next screen.
  4. Review ticket details and select a delivery method
The details of your order are displayed. You'll be able to view the best available tickets that were found, look at a seating chart and select your delivery method. You will have two minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in two minutes, the tickets will be released.
  5. Create your account
To create an account, simply type in your first name, email address, postal code and create a password. If you are a returning user, click on the "Sign In" link and enter your email address and password.
  6. Enter billing information
Please have your credit card and billing information ready. You will be asked for your Card Identification Number (CIN) which is located on the back of your card. Once you click on the "Submit Order" button, your credit card will be charged. You will have three minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in three minutes, the tickets will be released.

For your protection, tickets can only be sent to the cardholder's billing address. We will send a confirmation email with your event and billing information.
  7. Confirmation page
Your order is complete when you receive an order number.
