About Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival 2021
The Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival presented by Liquorland, is back.
Due to unprecedented public demand in previous years, and a successful addition of a second day in 2019 and 2020, the festival again returns as a two-day event.
Hosted at the Forsyth Barr Stadium, the DCBFF will open on the Friday at 3PM and run until 10PM. Friday is a strictly R18 only event. The Saturday event remains the family friendly favourite from 12PM to 7PM.
One of the region’s most highly anticipated events, the festival will again showcase an impressive selection of food and craft beverages, entertainment, and general festival fun. Relax and enjoy the top-quality food and beer on offer, while enjoying some top kiwi sounds brought to you by The Black Seeds (Friday only), Troy Kingi (Saturday only), Stellar*, Anna Coddington, plus some awesome local support acts.
The Dunedin Craft Beer and Food Festival originally began by celebrating the nation’s dynamic and ever-growing craft beer industry but has subsequently expanded to encompass a range of other craft beverages and a fine selection of food.
Coming in from out of town? Make time to explore Dunedin's amazing ‘back paddock’. Discover wild and unique landscapes, great wildlife, vibrant street art, a flourishing brewing and culinary scene, and some good old southern charm that is Dunedin.
Beerfest tickets get you entry into the Festival, a digital wristband, an official festival tasting glass. This year sees the exciting introduction of a “digital Festival programme’ through our new mobi-website. This will give you access to all things Festival related before, during and even after the event.
As always, DCBFF is a cashless festival: loading, paying and topping up your wristband is super quick and easy. If you run dry, simply add funds with cash or eftpos at the top up station or with one of the many roaming AWOP staff.
Please note there is a one-off $3.50 activation fee when you first top up your wristband.
