Bryan Adams- Announces New Zealand Date for ‘SO HAPPY IT HURTS TOUR’ – February 2025

From his very first concerts in Australia in 1984, Bryan Adams is a long-time live favourite Down Under. Now the Canadian rock icon will bring his So Happy It Hurts Tour to New Zealand in February 2025, with special guest James Arthur (UK).

No stranger to being on the road, Adams is one of the best-loved performers of the last four decades, achieving a string of #1 hits in over 40 countries and selling over 65 million records worldwide. The songs are legendary: ‘Summer of ’69’, ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’, ‘Heaven’, ‘Run To You’, Please Forgive Me’, ‘ Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?’ and many more.

Adams is the recipient of numerous awards, including a GRAMMY for Best Rock Performance (with 16 nominations), three Academy Awards, five Golden Globe nominations, American Music Awards, and a Companion of the Order of Canada. He has co-written songs for greats such as Tina Turner and KISS and duetted with icons Barbra Streisand, Sting, Rod Stewart, and Michael Bublé.

Joining Adams as special guest on all shows – and his first time performing in NZ – is English singer and songwriter James Arthur. One of the world’s biggest streaming artists, Arthur has over 40 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, and recently scored the #1 spot on the UK Album charts with 2024 release Bitter Sweet Love. Arthur first broke through with 2016’s ‘Say You Won't Let Go’, officially the UK’s most streamed song that year. Other hit singles include: ‘Impossible’, ‘Can I Be Him’, ‘Sun Comes Up’, ‘Naked’, ‘Empty Space’, ‘Rewrite The Stars’, ‘Falling Like the Stars’, ‘Train Wreck’, and ‘Lasting Lover’, all certified Platinum.

One of the world’s most loved performers, tickets for Bryan Adams are sure to be snatched up fast. Fans are urged to secure tickets quickly to avoid missing out!

The concert itself was amazing. What a fantastic entertainer, musician, singer. Such a talented song writer where every song he writes is great. His vocals are incredible. So many musicians as they age start to lose their vocal range but Bryan, his voice is still pretty much pitch perfect. To sing for two hours solid is quite demanding and yet he put everything into every song he sang, High energy and passion for his trade. Bryan is a class act. Such a gentleman and a performer for all ages to enjoy. Timeless, memorable music. A no nonsense performer who gives his utmost best. What a brilliant way to end the show by going to the rear of the downstairs seating so that he gave all those towards the back a small close up couple of songs. Shows great respect and care for his fans. Well worth the money flying up to Auckland to see a first class act and lovely human being. The band are incredible musicians and gave their everything to the concert like is was going to be their last performance ever. Amazing group of gifted men. Graphics and the cameras were awesome and well on point. Fantastic concert and would come to see you when you're in your nineties. Loved your performance.

Will buy tickets for James Arthur when he headlines a concert his voice is awesome. Hopefully next time he sings Impossible so I get to hear it live. Bryan Adam's and band entertained, brought their energy and passion for rock to Auckland. I enjoyed the crowd, enjoying the music, having a good time without being unruly.

Fantastic night, Loved that Bryan changed stages, Took my blind daughter who grew up with his music and she loved it too, great venue, the disability door nnes to be better sign posted as we could not see it many people very rude pushing through in front of her when she was using her cane but once inside every thing was great, can't wait till he comes back again

As always a good time was had. Bryan is a rocker from my teenage years and I have always followed him, he is getting older as the band (aren't we all though) and while energetic all night the music did overshadow his voice a little. Still had a fab time and it was great to see many many youngsters there having fun too!
