When Dad feels like a little bit of Sunday afternoon time out, Bluey and Bingo have other plans! Join them as they pull out all of the games and cleverness at their disposal to get Dad off that bean bag.
Bluey’s Big Play is a brand-new theatrical adaptation of the Emmy® award-winning children’s television series, with an original story by Bluey creator Joe Brumm, and new music by Bluey composer, Joff Bush.
Join the Heelers in their first live theatre show made just for you, featuring brilliantly created puppets, this is Bluey as you’ve never seen it before, brought to real life.

Bluey’s Big Play is the theatrical adaptation of the Emmy® award-winning children’s television series. Join the Heelers in their first live theatre show made just for you, featuring brilliantly created puppets and sets, this is Bluey brought to real life as you’ve never seen it before.
We have created an engaging and entertaining show with the whole family in mind. We encourage the whole family to enjoy the show together.
Bluey’s Big Play will run for approximately 50 minutes; there will be no interval in the show.
No, there is no price difference between adult and children tickets.
Bluey’s Big Play is friendly for all ages so the whole family can enjoy! Please note that, after the performance, some audience members will be invited to participate in games of “Keepy Uppy” – one where several air filled balls (made of materials which do not include BPA, Latex or PVC) are released into the audience, and another with bubbles (made of non-stain solution).
As with many children’s games, playing “Keepy Uppy” may at times become boisterous and unpredictable. Our top priority is to keep audience members safe which is why some sections of the venue will not be able to play “Keepy Uppy”. If you do not wish to participate in these games, we recommend you leave the theatre after curtain call.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options. There will be an option for every price level and package available for Bluey's Big Play.
Accessible seats can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line: 09 970 9711. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and can not process any other ticketing requests. Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.
All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are now digital, meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser via Ticketmaster.co.nz for Bluey's Big Play and add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.

Great show but given how short it was, it did not seem great value as an experience. It would have been great to meet some of the characters afterwards, felt quite processed through the experience.
Honestly my kids enjoyed this so much they were excited and all happy during the show. Straight nothing but giggles and smiles for the whole 50minutes of the show. Even though the ballons didnt reach us during the final keepy uppy game, kids had the best time. Happy kids thankfully, all love bluey so was awesome to have shared that moment with them.
This was a great show, loved by everyone. Characters and storeyline were great with lots of laughs. We just all thought it was a bit short especially for the price you pay.
Great show, my 3 year old loved it! Weren't sure what to expect as we don't really watch the TV series but we absolutely loved it and thought it was very well done. Great way to entertain the kids :)
We (72, 20, 5) loved the show. The two grandchildren delighted in the familiarity of snippets from the TV program, and enjoyed the new storyline. I admired the puppetry, and intended or not, the gentle reminder to the entranced fans that the Heeler family is, in fact, 'pretend'. Keepy uppy at the end looked amazing. We were disappointed that in our seats way up in the gods we got neither a keepy up ball nor even bubbles, but the magic held despite that.
The show is a puppeteers walkthrough of a pre-recorded script from a Bluey episode. There is not a single live voice or sound from the stage. The stage production is very simple with some basic backdrops and colored lighting to change the scene and mood. I expected a lot more entertainment value for the price. It’s a sentimental story rather than an exciting show. 2 stars
The Bluey show was phenomenal. It felt like we were watching the actual screen right in front of us. The stage setting, the characters and everything was mastery.
Expected at least an hour and a half for the show. Too expensive for that short amount of time.
This was so creative and beautifully done. Such a wonderful experience for my children and for my partner and I ☺️
Kids liked it they where a little disappointed with how short it was age 5 and 7
