Scratch Night Tickets

Scratch Night is where artists experiment—songs still being written, acts finding their shape, and bold ideas tested in front of a crowd. 

Part of the Auckland Live Cabaret Festival, Scratch Night celebrates cabaret, musical theatre, drag, circus, burlesque, comedy, magic, and everything in between. Each artist gets 5–15 minutes, keeping the night fast-paced and thrillingly unpredictable. 

It’s a supportive space for bravery, messiness, hilarity, and heartfelt moments. As an audience member, you are part of the experience—you might witness the spark of something brilliant or the instant an artist finds their stride. 

Curated by Jessie Cassin and Vanessa Immink, and hosted by Jessie herself, this one-night-only cabaret mixtape comes alive in the heart of The Civic. 

Duration: 60 minutes, no interval
