Interactive Seat Map FAQ

Depending on the event, you may use a price slider or price dropdown to narrow your search to a specific range. Only seats that fall within your selected price range will be shown as "Matches your Search" on the map. Events that have only one standard admission price will not offer a slider or dropdown.

Click the section to zoom in and mouse over available seats to see the offers and prices available for them.

Click a seat to select it—your selected seats appear directly below the map.

• If there is only one seat type available (e.g. Adult, Child), the seat will be added to your selected seats immediately.
• If there are multiple seat types available, you’ll see a popup asking you to choose the type you want to purchase before the seat is added to your selected seats.

Important note! Your selected seats are not reserved; you must click Checkout to start the reservation/purchase process.

Your selected seats appear directly below the map—click Show Details to review them and make any changes. When you are done, click Hide Details to continue browsing the map, or click Checkout to purchase.

Enter your offer code/password in the offer code box and click OK to unlock the corresponding seats on the map. If you have multiple offer codes, enter each separately.

If your offer code does not work, try again, making sure you enter it correctly. If the problem persists, refer to the offer details for more information.

This indicates that the special offer is locked by an offer code/password. To unlock the offer, you must enter the offer code in the offer code box.

When you are zoomed out, you may see sections of the map that are gray, light blue, medium blue, and/or dark blue.

Gray means the section is either completely sold out or does not contain any seats that match your selected price range and/or ticket options.

Blue means there are some seats within the section that match your selected price range and/or ticket options. The darker the blue, the more seats within the section that match.

If you see this message above the map, you may not leave an empty seat at the end of a row or between selected seats. The note will become orange during seat selection if this happens.
Event providers decide whether to require this on an event-by-event basis. Doing so ensures the maximum number of side-by-side seats is available for fans.

The three most common reasons for this are:

1. Your selected seats are no longer available.
2. You have exceeded or have not met a ticket limit. For example, a special discount may require you to purchase a minimum number of tickets.
3. The event does not allow you to leave single seats behind, but you have left a single unoccupied seat at the end of a row or between selected seats.

If either of these occurs, you will see an error message when you click Checkout. To fix the error, change your seat selection before clicking Checkout again.

The Interactive Seat Map auto-refreshes periodically to ensure that you are seeing up-to-the-moment seat availability.

We plan to make the Interactive Seat Map an option on as many events as possible.

High-demand events are the exception. When a popular event first goes on sale, for example, we will require purchase using Choose Seats For Me to prevent major delays caused by too many fans trying to buy the same seats for the same event.

It's easy to find Facebook friends who share their seat tags! Just expand "See who's sitting where" on the left, then click a name to zoom to their seat on the map.

Alternately, you can use the dropdown on the left to choose who to show on the map: "Friends Only" or "Everyone". Then just click the sections with Facebook flags to zoom to seats, and mouse over the seats with Facebook icons to see the people who are sharing their seat tags.

Fast! Just find your seat on the map, mouse over it, and click "Tag yourself". Note: you can't tag yourself in more than one seat at the same event.

Yes, when you tag your seat you can choose to share it with:

• Friends Only - Your Facebook friends will be able see your seat tag; everybody else will just see a Facebook icon on your seat (no name or profile pic).
• Everyone - All Facebook users will be able see your seat tag.
• No One - Nobody will be able to see your seat tag, not even your Facebook friends; everybody will just see a Facebook icon on your seat (no name or profile pic).

If you want to change who can see your seat tag, just remove it and redo it!

Simply mouse over your seat on the map and click "Remove tag".

If you bought tickets, you'll see "Tag someone else" when you mouse over your seat Just click that to see your seats, then select the seat you tagged yourself in to remove your name.

You can tag Facebook friends only in seats that you've bought. Note: you must be signed in to My Ticketmaster.

Because tickets sometimes change hands after purchase, we don't limit the number of people who can tag a seat. For example, say your friend bought a ticket and tagged the seat, but can't make it to the event - so you wind up with the ticket. You can still tag the seat to show that you'll be sitting there now, even if your friend neglects to remove their seat tag (although you might politely ask that friend to get on it so there's no confusion).
