Courier packages require a signature; therefore please ensure that someone is able to sign for the delivery between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm for a Street Address or 8:30am-5:00pm for a Business address. If a courier package cannot be signed for, you will then be required to collect the package from your nearest courier dispatch depot.

We suggest that you choose a courier delivery for all General Admission events, as they will not be replaced if they are lost, stolen, destroyed or undelivered.

Please be aware: If you have not received your courier delivery within 3-5 business days, please contact our customer support department Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm on 0800 111 999 to action a courier trace, if left later we will be unable to replace your ticket(s) and you will be required to purchase new ticket(s) to attend the event.
