RENEE GEYER - Say I Love You NZ 2013

Rotorua February 2013 not only celebrates valentines, but celebrates excellence in Maori Performing Arts, Te Matatini. We combine these two amazing events happening in Rotorua to entertain you with the melodic sultry blues voice of the Australasian diva herself, Renee Geyer.

Renee has long been regarded as one of the finest exponents of jazz, soul and R&B idioms in the NZ-Australasian music scene for over 30 years. Renee's rootsy R&B salsa/reggae 1981 hit 'Say I Love You' reached #1 in New Zealand and she still has a strong following.
Renee Geyer's is currently recording her 23rd album and she's convinced with this record she's reached a turning point.

Ms Geyer will be performing in Auckland at one of the CBD's soulful little Jazz/R&B clubs Galatos Live along with some our local talents that have been in the music industry for over two decades. Petra Rijinbeek & Band, Riqi Harawira and Nick Baratt will be supporting Renee in this up close and personal Jazz-feel setting, with VIP lounge area also made available for those fans wanting to mix and mingle with the artists.

Te Matatini is also privileged this year as Ms Geyer will make a special appearance on Saturday 23rd February in support of this amazing celebration of Maori Performing Arts Excellence.
The concert later that evening will be supported by an amazing line up of bands and artists such as Maisey Rika, Three Houses Down, Adeaze, Sammy J, Chad Chambers and NZ's Got Talent Tawaroa Kawana whom Renee has been hugely influential in their careers, this is a one-off concert not to be missed with your valentine family and friends!
