One snowy Christmas Eve a long, long time ago in a picturesque little village excitement filled the air. Trees had been decorated, carols sung and stockings hung by the chimney with care. Two children, Katie and Will even built a wonderful snowman and called him Frosty. But this is no ordinary Christmas and Frosty is no ordinary snowman - all it takes is a magical top hat to bring him to life!
