FUNHOUSE is proud to announce Hollywood Funny Man, FAIZON LOVE. He is scheduled to bring his stand up comedy show to New Zealand in July 2014, playing ONE EXCLUSIVE SHOW in Auckland.

Faizon Love, was born Langston Faizon Santisima, in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. Faizon grew up as a military brat; raised in San Diego and Newark, New Jersey. He got his start as a stand up comedian making appearances on shows like HBO’s Def Comedy Jam. He made his acting debut in an off Broadway play at the age of 19, in the motion picture debut, Bebe’s Kids. Faizon provided the voice of Robin Harris, who died before production began on the film.

Soon after, he landed a role in Robert Townsend’s Meteor Man. Townsend then cast Faizon as his neighbour and best friend Wendell in the sitcom, The Parent’Hood.

He followed up this role with a breakout performance as the drug dealer Big Worm in the 1995 cult hit Friday. Other films include, Elf, Money Talks, Wonderland, 3 Strikes, Torque, The Fighting Temptations, Idlewild and 2009’s Couples Retreat, a comedy starring Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau. You can catch Faizon as he tours Australia & New Zealand for his first time, with an amazing hilarious show, with local guests.
