Parking

On non-game days, Eden Park has over 300 car parks available. When a game is on at Eden park, temporary parking restrictions may apply to the Park itself and streets in the immediate area. Parking on Game Day: While there is no parking at Eden Park on a game day, we encourage the use of public transport for games at the Eden Park. Onsite Parking: Some areas around the stadium, including areas within the parking zone, are reserved for public transport and other traffic management uses. Residents' who are Parking Permit Holders are not able to park in these areas. These areas are marked on the residents' newsletter map which is delivered a few days before each game and will be clearly signposted on the event day. When a game is on, the Traffic Management Plans are put in place and enforced by Auckland Transport. Public Transportation

Public Transport is a great option for anyone travelling to and from events at Eden Park. For some games at Eden Park, trains and special event buses are included in your match tickets. Please visit www.at.govt.nz for further information on public transport.

Accessible Seating

Disabled patrons have free entry to the stadium and disabled seating facilities for selected matches including Super Rugby and ITM Cup Rugby. Care givers are also free (for Super Rugby and ITM Cup) and tickets can be obtained through Auckland Rugby Union on (09) 815 4823. There are a limited number of disabled parks available on Cricket Avenue, in the North Stand carpark (Entrance P1 and P2) and in the South Stand (Entrance P5) on a first come, first served basis.

General Rules

Important things you should know: • Eden Park is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted. • Intoxicated persons will not be allowed entry. • There is a liquor-ban in the surrounding neighbourhood during all events. • All patrons entering the Stadium do so at their own risk • All patrons entering the Stadium must occupy the seat that they have been allocated • Umbrellas may not be raised within the Stadium • There shall be no unsolicited selling of merchandise, advertising or promotional giveaways • Liquor will not be served to minors and intoxicated persons and no patron may remove liquor from the Stadium • Children under the age of 14 years must be supervised by an adult at all times Note: Failure to comply with a direction from Event Management Staff at Eden Park Stadium or Police to leave the Stadium may render the patron liable to arrest and prosecution for the offence of trespass under Section 4 of the Trespass Act 1980, as amended, which is punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months in terms of section 11 (a) of the Trespass Act 1980, as amended.

Miscellaneous

Prohibited Items: The following items shall not be permitted in the Stadium: • Alcohol not purchased at the Stadium • Animals or pets, with the exception of guide dogs • Open drink containers • Sealed drinking containers larger than 1 litre • Cans (including aerosol cans) glass bottles, thermos flasks, any breakable container • Commercially produced takeaway food, such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Pizza etc. Patrons are welcome to bring small amounts of non commercially produced food intended for the patrons personal consumption • Illicit drugs • Knives and dangerous weapons • Flares, fireworks, laser pointers • Skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles • Recording devices of any nature, and whether or not some are used for capturing still or moving pictures. Small instamatic cameras will be permitted but large professional/commercial recording devices are prohibited. The Event Management Staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use • Cameras and/or specialised photographic equipment intended for commercial use. The Event Management Staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use • Sound amplifying devices including loudhailers, air horns or similar devices • Prams, strollers or pushchairs (there is a limited storage facility at Gates A, D, E, H for patrons to store these items during the event at their own risk) • No hard chilly bins, picnic hampers and large backpacks. Please note that soft chilly bags can be brought into the Stadium and must be within 350mm high by 300mm deep by 400mm wide (i.e. they should be able to fit under your Stadium seat). • Flags, banners etc that may, at the sole discretion of the Event Management Staff, be considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed offensive • Any other item which the Event Management Staff (at their sole discretion) deems to be a prohibited item which may be a danger to, or inconvenience any other patron • Prohibited items will be confiscated Patron, Bag and Vehicle Searches • All patrons and their possessions may be subject to a search prior to being granted entry into the Stadium • Patrons and their possessions may also be searched during an event and when leaving the stadium • All vehicles entering and leaving the Stadium may be searched • Prohibited items will be confiscated Smoking • Smoking shall only be permitted in clearly designated smoking areas outside the Stadium. Dress Code • Clothing must conform to reasonable standards of decency • Where a dress code is indicated on the entry ticket, that dress code shall be adhered to • No bare feet are permitted • No gang patches are permitted • No high visibility vests or clothing may be worn • In the event of the Patron wearing a costume or other "dress-up" clothing, the clothing shall not be considered obscene or offensive by Event Management Staff Refusal of entry Patrons will be refused entry if: • They appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/narcotics • They refuse to comply with requests from security and/or gate staff • They have no valid entry ticket or accreditation pass Eviction from Stadium Patrons will be requested to leave the Stadium during an event if they: • Are intoxicated, or appear to be becoming intoxicated • Are verbally or physically abusive • Throw any missile • Enter or attempt to enter the field of play • Behave in a disorderly or offensive manner, or a manner contrary to public order • Attempt to bring a prohibited item into the Stadium • Stand on seats • Breach any part of the terms of the Venue Regulations and Conditions Of Entry, • Commit any act deemed a crime in New Zealand Law Trespass Notices • Patrons are not permitted to access the playing surface at any time • Any invasion of the playing surface will result in eviction from the Stadium, and furthermore shall, at the sole discretion of the Operations Manager, result in a trespass notice which will prevent the patron from attending further fixtures at the Stadium for a period of either 24 hours or 2 years whichever is applicable.
